What is it?
Small blind tube attach to the beginning of the large intestine becomes inflamed or infected. A mild inflammation of the appendix causes occasional discomfort in the lower right quarter of the abdomen. Symptoms of a serious inflammation known as acute appendicitis begin with a pain near the navel, nausea and sometimes vomiting. The sufferer usually refuses food and drink, and is often constipated, temperature may rise slightly.

Conventional Practice:
Even if the inflamation is confined to a small area, the result will be an abscess, which will have to be drained. Any delay may result in the appendix bursting leading to peritonitis. Warnings: Always consult a doctor before seeking any treatment for chronic appendicitis. There is no safe alternative treatment for acute appendicitis.
