What is it?
Most headaches are caused by tension in the muscles of the skull and the neck after periods of stress. Some result from eating problems or alcohol abused. Others are associated with colds or influenza and menstruation. Headache is common after head injury and it can also be caused by sinus problem. Meningitis produces a headache aggravated by bright light. The headache cause by a brain tumour is said to be worst in the morning or when lying down.
