You’ve probably heard of the many benefits of yoga—if not, today’s blog post will give you an idea of why this ancient practice is considered today’s most popular health program. One of the main benefits of yoga is that it is an effective form of exercise that can help with stress, anxiety, sleep, weight loss, and overall health. This post offers a variety of yoga exercises that can be done in the supine position.

Supine yoga poses are among the most popular yoga practices. These poses are so popular because they are a great way to get your heart rate elevated and leave you feeling relaxed while strengthening your body. Supine yoga poses are also a great way to strengthen the body’s core.

Have you ever wondered why most yoga poses are done on your hands and knees? Well, it all comes down to comfort. If you’re a newbie practicing yoga, it’s a safe bet that you’ll experience extreme pain from the yucky parts of your body, like your legs and back. So the traditional gurus tell you to rest your knees on the ground, which will give you relief. It’s a common practice, but not everyone agrees with this statement.

In any other week, news of Magic Legends closing and firing the team before launch, SWTOR’s Christmas expansion and LOTRO’s launch of two new progression servers would have dominated the new MMO cycle, but this week Guild Wars 2’s postponement of End of Dragons until next year got more attention. And, after about 600 days of strange cover-ups, the studio has finally admitted who’s running the game: It’s the game manager who is as well known to the public as JT. And JT brings back some big names, including Josh Davis and Colin Johanson, the latter having just finished his stint at the now defunct Crucible. So… it gets a lot more interesting!
