With most of our recipes, just like this one, we like to give you a perfect base recipe so that you can tailor it to your and your family’s preferred taste. This easy chocolate truffles recipe is going to be a huge hit on Valentines Day and any other day you choose to make them!

Easy Chocolate Truffles
Everyone has a sweet tooth, and these Easy Chocolate Truffles are a must-try on your to-do list!

Set aside the full 4oz bar of bakers chocolate, finely chopped.
Heat the heavy whipping cream in a medium, heavy bottom skillet over medium heat. Bring to a low boil, then turn off the heat. Allow 1 minute for cooling.
Combine the powdered erythritol, stevia, and chocolate chunks. Give it a little stir, then blend it everything together with an immersion blender until it’s totally blended, consistent, and has a rich chocolate consistency.
Pour the mixed ingredients into a loaf pan and chill for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Pour some cocoa powder onto a dish to use as a rolling surface for the truffles.
Remove the mixture from the fridge and scoop out 12 truffles using a 1 inch cookie scooper. After scooping each truffle out, roll it in cocoa powder to cover the entire surface, then arrange it on its own dish. Continue until all of the truffles are finished.
Refrigerate until ready to serve to re-harden. If stored in a sealed container, it will last up to 5 days. Enjoy!
