When people hear the words “pizza dip”, the first thing they think of is a big bowl of gooey cheesey goodness. And if you’ve ever tried to eat that much cheese and not get sick of it, we commend you. But what if the cheese-based goo wasn’t your thing? What if there were a way to get that same taste but without all the carbs and calories?
Pizza dip, a traditional finger food, is very popular. It is a mixture of cheese, pizza sauce, and other ingredients that may include olives and other spices. Pizza dip is a great alternative to bread, chips or other snacks that may have a more unhealthy diet.

One of my favorite memories is eating Pizza Dip Made Simple cooked by my best friend’s mother in her home. Two fresh baguettes would always be sliced up for scooping and pouring dip into our mouths. What Makes This Simple Pizza Dip So Delicious?

- Tomato Sauce on Pizza
- Cheese Mozzarella

For this recipe we used 1/3 less fat cream cheese due to its general lower carb count. We also used store brand tomato sauce we had in the cupboard. If you are looking for a higher fat count and lower carb count you can opt for the full fat cream cheese and try Rao’s Homemade Tomato Sauce, which I have linked for you below in the ingredients. We just discovered Rao’s in Whole Foods, but were dettered from purchasing it due to the high cost. Search “Ketoconnect – Pizza Dip Made Simple” On MyFitnessPal
