Beef soup isn’t just for sick people. It’s also good for the health of the body and the mind. The GAPS diet is one that is centered around a special diet that utilizes beef broth and beef soup as part of the rehabilitative process and healing. The diet is not for everyone, but those who are on it report health benefits from it.

One of the most common questions people ask about the GAPS Diet is whether or not you can eat meat. After all, most people have been brought up to avoid meat because of the saturated fats and cholesterol found in most cuts of meat. However, the GAPS Diet does not forbid meat, but instead encourages healthier cuts of meat. It’s also not uncommon for people to worry about the safety of eating meat if they’re just getting started with the GAPS Diet.

Since the creation of civilization mankind has eaten meat. And it is possible that our species will not be able to evolve if we stop eating meat. You might be thinking that you should eat less red meat, but the truth is that you need to eat red meat. It is a great source of protein, vitamins, minerals and omega-3 fats. These are all the things that you body needs to function properly.
