For the past 5 years, I’ve been running a podcast called “Keto For Normies”. It’s a show about all aspects of the ketogenic diet – including recipes, tips, hacks, interviews, and advice on how to succeed on a ketogenic diet. This is the last episode of the podcast I’ll be doing, so don’t forget to check back every now and again for the new episodes!

There is a big move afoot to implement a so called “fat loss” diet or diet that is low in carbohydrates.

After seeing the success of the “Keto For Normies” Youtube channel, I decided to create a podcast to help people understand what Keto is, and how to stay away from the fad.

I’ve been around the health and fitness scene for quite some time, and I can tell you: there is SO much information out there. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but there are a lot of podcasts and blogs out there that are full of information, but they’re all just repeating the same information. You know, “Keto is great, but you have to do X, Y, and Z” for it to work. There are even some bloggers out there that will promise you that if you follow their “diet”, you can lose all your fat really fast, and they’ll show you a “before” picture, and if you remember, you’ll see that you’ve lost a lot of weight in a short period.
