For this easy peanut butter cookie, you only need 4 ingredients (most of which you probably already have at home), and they’re all ready after the second… Keto or not!

I took Lina’s famous low-carb, three ingredient peanut butter cookie and topped it with ChocZero Peanut Cups. Let’s just say my family loved this recipe!

Peanut Butter Cups are always a popular dessert at parties or gatherings, and now I can bring them while staying on track.

The keto diet doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes simple is better, and in this keto recipe, simple is definitely better. Keto Biscuits Peanut Butter Cups melt in your mouth with the combination of rich chocolate and peanut butter.

Here are some tips to keep in mind when making keto peanut butter cups:

  • As for keto peanut butter, I recommend a natural, sugar-free or low-sugar peanut butter like Crazy Richard’s to stay on track.
  • Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before pushing in the peanut butter cups, so they don’t melt.

Cooking time: 15 MINUTES

Total time : 20 MINUTES

Combining our classic peanut butter cookie recipe with ChocZero Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups makes an easy and delicious keto cookie that everyone will love.


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.


In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter and erythritol until well combined. Then add the egg and stir.


Roll out the cookies to a height of 2 inches and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a greased mini-muffin mold (that’s how I did it). If using a baking sheet, lightly press the cookies with the bottom of the pot to flatten them.


Bake for 10 to 13 minutes. If using a muffin tin, extend the baking time to 15 minutes.


Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool for at least a few minutes before placing the peanut butter cups on top.


Store them in an airtight container at room temperature and enjoy!
