Here are some tips to keep in mind when making keto peanut butter cups:
- As for keto peanut butter, I recommend a natural, sugar-free or low-sugar peanut butter like Crazy Richard’s to stay on track.
- Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before pushing in the peanut butter cups, so they don’t melt.

Combining our classic peanut butter cookie recipe with ChocZero Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups makes an easy and delicious keto cookie that everyone will love.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter and erythritol until well combined. Then add the egg and stir.
Roll out the cookies to a height of 2 inches and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a greased mini-muffin mold (that’s how I did it). If using a baking sheet, lightly press the cookies with the bottom of the pot to flatten them.
Bake for 10 to 13 minutes. If using a muffin tin, extend the baking time to 15 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool for at least a few minutes before placing the peanut butter cups on top.
Store them in an airtight container at room temperature and enjoy!

You can’t tell me you don’t want to try one of these decadent candies. And to think they are actually low in carbs. Even better, my boys couldn’t even tell the difference from regular Reese’s!
My team member Jenna tried this recipe (pictured above), and here’s what she says about it:
When I was younger, my mom always made peanut butter cups. My favorite way to eat them was when they came out of the oven and the peanut butter cups had just been added and were slightly thawed.
These treats are really worth it. What a great keto twist on a classic! And these peanut butter cups from ChocZero are perfect. I used dark chocolate in mine, but now I want to try all the flavors. – Jenna
