I’m a big fan of personal development, and so am regularly reading and watching motivational and self-improvement documentaries. I’ve been keeping track of the following 12 stories and would love to share them with you.

We tend to exercise a bit less and eat a little more as we go from young men to young men.

Our metabolisms slow down, causing us to acquire weight. Maybe a bit, maybe a lot of fat.

If you’re like most men, you’ll put it up to a normal aspect of getting older, like losing your hair or having less sex desire.
