If you’ve been following my blog, you know that I’m a big fan of yoga and martial arts. For those who don’t know, I’ve been doing yoga and martial arts since I was a child, and I’ve had a lot of knowledge of the poses over the years. It’s always a pleasure to start my day with a yoga class and I carry my yoga mat with me everywhere I go.

The Warrior Poses have been a hit with yoga devotees around the world for years. The series of poses, each with a name and a series of movements, has been developed by yoga master BKS Iyengar to improve balance and flexibility as well as teach the body to move in ways that are more efficient in combat.

While some of the Warrior Poses are the same as in yoga, others are completely different. The Warrior Poses are a series of poses that are performed as a sequence, flowing from one pose to the next. The poses are designed to help you achieve deep breathing and energy, as well as increase strength and flexibility.

Warrior poses are some of the fundamental pillars of a strong, solid asana practice, whether you love them or loathe them. These postures have it everything, from squared hips to broad stances to balance; from your core to your legs.
