The good news is that making a delicious and simple keto cheesecake without sugar is completely feasible! It doesn’t even taste like ketone to me, and I’m a cheesecake fanatic. The end product is a deliciously thick, rich, and creamy dessert!

This cheesecake is fantastic. It’s impossible to tell it’s sugar-free. A word of caution: it’s difficult to stop at just one mouthful. It’s delicious, and you’ll feel like you’re cheating if you don’t try it. One of my all-time favorite keto treats! – mountain


I’ve tried a lot of low-carb dessert recipes, but this is my personal favorite. I’m offering a simple New York cheesecake recipe today that you can serve plain or with fresh berries or sugar-free chocolate syrup.

I used to think that making homemade cheesecake was difficult, but it’s really very simple. It takes a long time to cool down, so include it into your schedule. I guarantee you can do it, and you can create a delicious keto dessert with only a few basic ingredients!


Make a sugar-free cheesecake with these essential ingredients.

For the crust, we use almond flour instead of cookie crumbs. The sugar replacement is the only other significant substitution (in comparison to classic cheesecake). Swerve in granular form was utilized since many of the team members like it, and it worked well in this recipe! Here’s a helpful guide to switching from sugar to keto if you want to try something different.

A teaspoon of lemon peel is another noteworthy component in this recipe! This is the key component. This gives the cheesecake a wonderful and fresh taste that you will enjoy!


In order to create this cheesecake, we start by baking a three-ingredient crust in a 9-inch pan. Then, using a mixer or a hand mixer, combine the filling ingredients and pour it over the cooked crust. Refrigerate the cheesecake overnight or for at least 4-6 hours after baking until hard and set.

This is a wonderful dessert to prepare ahead of time since it can be made a day or two ahead of time and served afterwards. Fresh cheesecake may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, so any leftovers can be simply covered. I even cut the cheesecake slices ahead of time, covered them in plastic wrap, and frozen them! This is a great way to keep track of how much you eat.


Take a water bath with these tips in mind:

  • Place the cheesecake pan in a saucepan with boiling water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the skillet. This will keep the cheesecake from breaking on top. If you’re not scared about collapsing, you may skip this stage.
  • If your pan is old, cover it with aluminum foil before adding the water to prevent it from leaking. I overlooked it since my pallet was spanking new and had an airtight seal.


Keto Cheesecake with No Sugar

Time to cook: 1 HOUR AND 10 MINUTES


A simple, but rich and thick homemade cheesecake that will please any crowd!

To make the crust:

  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • Swerve-Süßstoffgranulat, 2 tbsp
  • 1/4 cup butter fon butter fon butter fon butter fon butter fon butter fon butter f

For the filling, combine:

  • 24 oz. softened cream cheese (3 – 8 oz. bars)
  • 1 cup Swerve Granulated Sweetener
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sauerkraut Sahne
  • 1 tbsp. z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z
  • vanilla extract (two tablespoons)


Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine the almond flour, Swerve, and melted butter in a mixing bowl.


In a 9-inch springform pan, press the crust into the bottom and up the sides. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 12 minutes.


Meanwhile, in a blender, combine the cream cheese and Swerve sweetener on medium-high speed for one minute. One by one, crack the eggs into the mixture. Stir in the crème fraîche, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth, approximately a minute.


Pour the mixture over the crust and evenly press it in place.


Place the springform pan in the baking dish and pour hot water into the baking dish until the springform pan is halfway up the baking dish. Message: The water bath helps keep the cheesecake from cracking, but it is not required.


Bake at 300 degrees for 70-90 minutes, or until the cheesecake is golden brown but still jiggles a little in the center when shaken. Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature after removing it from the water bath.


Once the cheesecake has cooled, run a knife along the edges and release the sheet to remove the ring from the borders. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4-6 hours or overnight before serving. Cut the cake into 12 pieces.
